When an order reaches us it is delivered
within 48 hours after receipt of payment unless a specific
date is requested. If you require delivery to be made
the same day/next day please contact us for availability
and delivery charges. Our skilled staff deal with each
order individually and our products are checked by senior
personnel before they are despatched. We use a reputable
courier service who will deliver anywhere in the UK.
Sundays and Legal/Statutory Holidays
Delivery to many areas is not always
available on Sundays or Bank Holidays. We will endeavour
to place and deliver your order on the day of your choice.
If an order is placed and receipt of payment is confirmed
by 3.00pm on a Friday orders will be with you by Monday.
How to Order
By post - After printing the required
order form, enter all details and then post to us. We
will then confirm your order in writing.
By Telephone - 24 hours 365 days a year.
Outside of office hours you will be connected to our
answer phone service. After printing the required order
form, enter all details and then telephone us at any
time to place your order. When placing a telephone order
please supply all details requested on the order form
for the item you would like to purchase. We will then
confirm your order in writing.
By Fax - After printing the required
order form, enter all details and then fax to us. We
will then confirm your order in writing.
By Email - Whilst online enter all details
in the required order form, then press submit. We will
then confirm your order in writing.
International Orders
We will place international orders. It
is advisable to contact us about placing an overseas
order so we can get the best possible price for you.
Payments
We accept payments by Cheque, Cash, Switch,
Visa, Access and Solo. Make cheques payable to Festive
Forestry Services Ltd. Full payment must be sent with
your order. All prices quoted exclude VAT which will
be added to your purchase at the current rate.
Adjustments, Queries and Problems
We want your complete satisfaction. We
want your business again and that of your friends. If
you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return
it within 24 hours of receipt. We will refund or credit
your account with the full purchase price, excluding
delivery charges. We only ask that you return the item
in new condition and in its original packaging.
